Address: St. Anthony’s Medical Center, 311 S. Clark St. Carroll, IA 51401 3. This will take place on the 4th floor of the Surgery Center Building on the St. Anthony Campus. You can park in either level of the parking garage and take the elevator in the surgery center to the 4th floor.
